Founder - Lynn Lefebvre
 Lynn LefebvreLynn has a strong business consulting background of over thirty years.  Armed with a Bachelor of Commerce and course work towards an MBA in International Finance from McGill University, she started a career in the fashion industry in Montreal, and then an opportunity arose to go to the New York with Hollingsworth & Voce, applying textile know-how to the non-woven paper industry and introducing the trial product to the US fashion industry. Her next move was to Arthur D. Little, in New York and then Boston, where she gained her anchoring expertise in general management and strategic planning consulting. The next career change was ten years in international banking, mostly with the Royal Bank of Canada specializing in structuring international trade finance deals, and consortium loans, followed by commercial banking with an Italian schedule ‘B’ bank, Banca Nazionale del Lavoro. In 1985, she entered the Executive Search business, initially as a partner with the Bedford Consulting Group in Toronto; then in 1991, she founded her own Executive Search and Human Resources consulting firm, Partnervision Consulting Group Inc. Lynn`s strategic consulting assignments have ranged from the large multinational to the small entrepreneurial business; from the non for profit organizations to municipalities; from concept to design, strategic plan, implementation strategy and recommendations and presentations; to Boards, to Councils and Executive & Senior Management. Over the years, Lynn has served on a number of Boards, principally in the not-for-profit sector and on leadership roles in committees of various community organizations. She is a member of Strategic Capabilities Network of Canada, the Human Capital Institute and a Founding Member of the Executive HR Leadership Council of Niagara.

Associate - Mary Jane Grant
Mary Jane is a senior consultant with over twenty-five years’ experience in strategy, management development, innovation, communications and research. She has served as an adjunct faculty member at the Ivey Business School and Brock University. For the Ivey Business School, she created and taught the course 'Management of Innovation' to MBAs, undergraduates and executives. Mary Jane is particularly effective in all stages of strategic development, from custom-designed information gathering to strategy session facilitation to plan delivery. She brings a unique combination of strategic and creative skills to the process. Mary Jane is a published writer and often assists clients in the creation of programs for effective internal and external communications. Before founding her consulting firm in 1982, Mary Jane worked in consulting (Anthony Long & Associates), research (Ivey Business School) and advertising (Ogilvy & Mather International). She graduated from the Ivey Business School in 1977, winning several scholarships and awards including the Gold Medal for the highest academic standing. 

Associate – Harriet Stairs
Harriet is a former Executive Vice President of a major Canadian bank, Bank of Montreal, where she managed Human Resource and training for the bank and its subsidiaries worldwide, among which Harris Bank and Nesbitt Burns. During that time, she was a member of the banks executive management committee and worked with the senior team in the development of the banks business strategy and was then responsible for aligning all the Human Resource strategy, policies, programs, and procedures to support the business strategy. During her time at the helm, the bank received the Optima Award for the best Human Resources in North America and was named the best company to work for in Canada. Harriet understands how to assess a company’s H.R programs, whether they support the business objectives and how they can be improved. She has also worked at the Board level providing succession analysis and key H.R. indicators that the Board needs to assess the people strength of the organization. Harriet has also worked as a consultant for Watson Wyatt (Watson Towers) in the strategy area and is now Chair of a Canadian not-for-profit organization dedicated to the bringing leading psychological knowledge to parents and children in a practical manner to increase resilience. She is an Emeritus Governor of McGill University and Chair of the Human Resource committee of the Board and is also on several other non-profit Boards which she has Chaired. As well, Harriet is on the Faculty of Humanities Advisory Council of Brock University.

Associate - Barb Baird, CHRP - President, Alexis Corporation
Barb, a Certified Human Resources Professional has managed all areas of Human Resources and Operations in the span of over 25 years, with a unique background that includes manufacturing at the at the production, management and corporate levels. Her broad organizational development, health & safety and labour relations knowledge and understanding from both the company and union perspective, provide her great insight when assisting organizations across all sectors. Barb also has extensive experience, not only as a consultant but also in-house in Human Resources at the Corporate National level. She has considerable knowledge in the review, facilitation, and development of Human Resources strategies and functional practical models, including the creation and implementation of a very successful multi sector, provincial safety groups program. Over the past ten years, Barb has worked with many organizations, including a number of associations and municipalities developing and implementing reorganization strategies, as well as the emerging practice of harassment/violence and 3 rd party investigations. Also, with Board’s on governance and implementation of HR best practices. Barb is a graduate in Management of Human Resources from Niagara College of Applied Arts and Technology, and also has a Business Degree. She formerly served on the Board of Directors for Welland Family YMCA and the United Way, and has volunteered in a mentorship role for a number of other organizations, including Women in Niagara and recently, the Niagara Connector Program.

Associate – Ruth Brothers
Ruth Brothers is a senior Human Resources executive with extensive experience in leading the HR function across a variety of industry sectors including advanced technology, packaged goods, manufacturing, automotive and petrochemical. Most recently, Ruth was the Vice President of Human Resources for Teva Canada, the largest generics pharmaceutical company in Canada and a division of Teva, the world’s largest. Her diverse career includes VP Human Resource roles with CAE Inc., General Electric, and a Division of Nabisco Ltd.  Ruth also spent over ten years in various human resource functions with Shell Canada in both Montreal and Toronto, and is fluently bilingual.  Ruth’s areas of expertise include HR strategy development, organizational design, teambuilding, leadership development and succession planning. A francophone from Montreal, Ruth joined the Board of the HRPA in May of 2008 and currently holds her CHRP and SHRP designations. Today, in addition to her consulting work, she is actively involved in the community, teaching at Humber College in the Continuing Education Program, actively promoting the profession through HRPA, and by serving on various Board committees, including HRRI and the review committee of the SHRP designation. Ruth has her CHRP and SHRP designations and was the Toronto Star Winner of the “2010 HR Professional of the Year”.
