Our Story 20 years

Partnervision Consulting Group Inc. was incorporated in Toronto in 1991, to undertake engagements in retained Executive Search services. Over the years, given our varied industry sector company experience, viewing the organizational requirements of our clients and how these realigned, and the various company sizes and business complexities changing – we gained a strong knowledge and experience base to add-on to our projects for our clients needs around human capital management. We started delivering complementary services such as: in the early 90’s, before the web, developing resume management software; mid 90’s, diversity buy-in & deployment and integration into the workforce; from new company to new product, profiling the key executive and senior management positions, the interactivity of management styles and their would be impact on the organization and successfully conducting the searches; late 90’s, internet recruitment strategy for brand building; in the 2000’s reviewing and aligning processes to governance and Board directives; assessing and developing HR strategy plans; in the late 2000’s aligning the HR Plans to the business strategy and direction along with associated measurements and; training either stand alone or as part of a project delivery. And of course, 20 years of Executive Search. Today; we bring practical, cost-effective custom-designed people solutions to our clients!
