Lynn has a strong business background of over thirty years. Early in her career, after her Bachelor of Commerce from McGill University and course work towards an MBA in International Finance, she gained expertise in general management consulting and strategic planning consulting with Arthur D. Little in New York and then Boston. The next career change was ten years in international banking, mostly with the Royal Bank of Canada specializing in structuring international trade finance deals, and consortium loans, followed by commercial banking with an Italian schedule 'B' bank, Banca Nazionale del Lavoro. Since 1985, she has been in the Executive Search business, initially as a partner with the Bedford Consulting Group in Toronto; then in 1991, she started her own Executive Search and Human Resources consulting firm, Partnervision Consulting Group Inc. A few years later Partnercontracting Inc., a diversity centered recruiting firm was initiated followed by boom!hire inc. an electronic resume management software company. Over the years, Lynn has served on a number of Boards, principally in the not-for-profit sector and on leadership roles in committees of various community organizations in Niagara. She is a member of Strategic Capabilities Network of Canada, formerly the Canadian Human Resources Planning of Canada and a Founding Member of the Executive HR Leadership Council of Niagara.
